Where would you be coming from?

It's really, REALLY, fun out there and during the work week can be done for under 100 bucks there and back.

OK, just for a quick description using the pic from above...

You start from an area to the right of where the picture begins at about a 30 degree angle from the edge of the track.  At the first turn you are easily doing 30 mph in 2nd gear (1st or 3rd is too slow or fast).  You turn right and hold a drift until you get the weight transfer to kick back to go left in the long sweeper at the top of the pic.  If you have a good angle and speed to carry you through, the sweeper is the fastest part of the track.  I'm a newbie drifter and its easy to keep 30 mph all the way through.  After the long left, you have a tighter right then you just kick it back to the left before you have to stop at the box.  If you don't spin out, it takes about 30-40 secs to run the entire course.  We have also added a figure 8 at the request of the drift pro for the classes he will be teaching (4 levels I believe).

During the week, it's $50 for an all day pass($90 for a all say on the weekend) . . . to me it's well worth the trip.  If you want to stay home and watch TV, that's your decision . . . but here, you can have a blast, hang out with a lot of fellow drifters.  The thing to remember is that this is not a D1 track, it's for average person to LEGALLY drift.

From in car videos the course takes about 12 seconds to complete as shown.

I don't know what the surface is like but I think a course like this may offer more speed to more advanced drivers.

Kraffty please keep in mind that out of area drivers that may be considering u-drift are also weighing it against other venues that are equal distances away.  They have other options then sitting at home watching t.v.  Is it a sure thing for AL people?  Yea sure why not its cheap and close.  Is it a sure thing for others?  Maybe not.

That is a pretty good course line. The great thing about u-drift being open 7 days a week is that there will be slow days, where you may be able to change the course up to suit your needs or wants. The owner is very flexible and open to suggestions. He will approve almost anything that is SAFE and reasonable.
