Yes the yellow go-kart is still busted....woody fixed it last time and I don't even know what he did lol. Looks like next chance of rain is this Sunday. I dunno how well that'd work for anyone else, but my Sundays are usually at least fairly busy...next chance after that is looking like next Friday-Saturday. That's fine with me. But I can always make time for drifting if you guys wanna do a little sliding this Sunday :D

LOL! Commercial property doesn't move fast like buying a house.  I won't even get a final price quote from the commercial landlord for another month.

The commercial property world is a screwed up place, but I can't change that realistically.

The property hunt will take months.

Looks good.  Some of the spots could be patched and repaved and you'd have a very sweet setup.  Roundup can take care of that grass along with some spinning tires.

both of those look very spacious. could get some real courses going out there. as long as the noise isn't an issue and cleaence for multiple vehicles I don't see why this wouldn't be a good venue.
